On Thursday, you may pick up your packet from 11am - 7pm at Dollywood's Dollywood’s Splash Country Pavilion

The race begins at 11:00 pm - two hours after Dollywood Park closes. If you come to the Park after 8:00pm or later, there will not be a charge for parking. However, should you come earlier, the parking tollbooths will be open and charging for guest parking.
As you come into the parking lot, you may park as close to the Front Gate as you can in a designated parking place. If the Park is still open when you arrive, we ask that you do not park in a designated disabled parking space.
If you would like to come early and enjoy all the Park has to offer - you may visit www.dollywood.com for information on pricing and admission tickets.
About the Race
The actual race will begin in the Preferred Parking Lot. Volunteers will help direct you. There will be no bag check-in at the race.
Runners will race from the Preferred Parking Lot, down to the main parking area, and then turn back toward the Park on tram road. The course takes runners through the Gate 4 and then winds throughout the Park. Holiday music playing throughout will add to the festive atmosphere. If the 4 million holiday lights aren't enough, runners will receive a red blinking nose in honor of our favorite reindeer! Refreshments will be served post-race for race participants. Whether you choose to run in a fun seasonal costume or traditional runners' garb, this is an event the whole family can enjoy.
Spectators are welcome to come cheer for their favorite runners at the finish line at Showstreet Palace. Due to the nature of the Park and for safety concerns, spectators will not be allowed on the course or throughout the Park. They may join runners at Showstreet Theater for the awards ceremony following the race. The Bakery will be open for those that would like to purchase beverages or baked goods.
Awards / Door Prizes
The awards ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 am in the Showstreet Theater. Overall award winners for male and female runners will receive 2017 Dollywood season passes. Age divisional award winners will receive a Christmas ornament made specifically for this event! Age awards will be 13 and under, 14-19, and then five year increments up to age 70 (the last age is 70 and up).
