We are thrilled that you will be joining us for the 12th annual Light the Way 5K - thank you! We are looking forward to a fun and festive evening at Dollywood. Please familiarize yourself with the race instructions and information below in order to be prepared for the event.

Packet Pick Up

We have three registration times to make packet pick-up easy and convenient.

· Wednesday, November 6, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., R.EI. Knoxville - 6700 Papermill Drive

· Thursday, November 7, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., R.E.I. Pigeon Forge - 2655 Teaster Lane, Suite 310

· Friday, November 8, 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Dollywood’s Splash Country in Pigeon Forge
(2700 Dollywood Parks Blvd).

· Once registration closes at 9:00 p.m. at Splash Country, NO registrations will be taken in person or via the Light the Way 5K website.

There will be NO PACKET PICK-UP at Dollywood’s front gate prior to race.

Accommodations

Don't live in the East Tennessee area?  Stay at Dollywood's resort: Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa.  Light the Way 5K participants can use this link to book their stay today.

Parking

The race begins at 11 p.m. If you come to the park the day of the race before Dollywood closes at 9 p.m., there will be a charge for parking.  

If Dollywood is still open when you arrive, do not park in a designated disabled parking space.

Timing

The timing will be real time and will have scrolling, instant results at the finish line.  Your timing chip will be in your bib, so please wear your bib on your outermost clothing, placed on the front and center of your chest.  All results will be posted on this website.

Light the Way 5K will take participants entirely through Dollywood, starting at the Front Gate area and traveling throughout the theme park. Runners will complete two laps around the park, while walkers will complete one lap.

Volunteers will help direct runners and walkers throughout the course layout.

NOTE: There is NO check-in at the race; pre-registration is required and takes place up until 9 p.m. the night of the race.
